What is an IPSY glam bag?

IPSY Glam Bag is a monthly beauty subscription containing a themed cosmetics bag filled with 5 sample-sized beauty products (sometimes full-sized too).

When you join IPSY, you take a quick beauty quiz to customize your bags. The beauty quiz asks you about your beauty preferences, skin tone, hair color, and eye color. IPSY asks about your favorite makeup brands and what products you most want to receive and takes your responses into consideration when building your unique bag.

At the beginning of the month, you can choose one product to be included in your next bag. IPSY then fills the rest of your bag with products based on your beauty quiz and past product reviews. It's fun to be surprised each month! After you choose a product, you'll also have the chance to purchase bag add-ons at big discount prices that ship with your IPSY bag.

Besides the IPSY Glam Bag,you can purchase other subscription bags as well. The Glam Bag Plus has 5 full-sized products and you get to choose 3 of them each month. The Glam Bag X is a quarterly curated bag with 8 full-sized products from beauty's most wanted brands.

All subscription options allow you to shop IPSY add-ons, Flash sales and other discounted items in the Shop. It's here!  I received my March 2022 IPSY Glam Bag on friday.  It's a great bag and I'm already enjoying some of the products.  The lip liner and lipstick are a little on the bright side for my skin tone but the formulas are very nice. My April Glam Bag has been revealed to me!

April 2nd was the day for the big reveal. Here's my upcoming Glam Bag. I chose the Lucky Chick lipstick and IPSY picked the other items for my bag. I'm excited to try the Benton Deep Green Tea Toner and the Glow Recipe Dew Drops. I redeemed points last month to get the F.A.R.A.H eye shadow and it's also in my bag, so looks like I'll be getting 2 of those!  I can always use the Dionis body cream but I'm not overly excited about it. I wish I had scored the cute daisy brush instead but it wasn't meant to be. Overall, it's a good bag and I'll be happy when it comes in the mail later this month.  It's always a nice pick me up. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I stopped wearing make-up. Between working from home and wearing a mask, I put my make-up aside for the most part.
